Hello, my name is Lesley, and I am here to help. I have been a NICU RN for almost 17 years the last 3 years focusing on lactation in the NICU. I have extensive knowledge on infant feeding. It is an absolute joy and privilege to help mothers and babies during this very stressful time in their lives. I have 5 kids, 2 of those being NICU babies.  My personal breastfeeding journey was very hard.  I feel like I tried it all, but I never was able to breastfeed as long as I wanted. I want to be the lactation consultant that I didn’t have. I want you to know that you are doing a good job and I want to support you and help you be successful.
